Shipping policy

Any order placed through the website is delivered by mail. No personal delivery will be made.

Shipping

All shipment are made between 5-7 works days after the order is placed. If your order is personalized, it can take between 1-3 weeks to make it and then be sent to the address you provide.

Wrong address

It is very important that the mail address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for the post office delivering your package to another address. If your order is returned, you will be responsible for re-paying the shipping fee in order to reship your order.

Transit

Once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation or delays in delivery.
