All sales are final, Caribbean Enchantments does not offer exchanges or refunds on properly shipped items.

Incorrect Orders

We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. Defective or damaged items

In the event of receiving a defective or damaged item, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible, however we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the transport of the package, as established in our shipping policy.
